SABATO MUSICALE

When Aida, directed by Enrico Castiglione, opened at the Greek Theatre in Siracusa last Saturday, the production received a ten-minute standing ovation. There is also a performance tonight and next Saturday, so let's take a peek:

Aida in Siracusa. Without a doubt I'd have gone for tickets if I'd been in the area. I'll remember that musical offering on Modica Alta forever and an episode of Morse has the atmosphere in an episode based in Verona but for mine, the wild Sicily is a more perfect setting.
